🎉 We Hit 100 Posts! 🎲

Behind the Die by Charlie Stayton

Well folks, we did it—Behind the Die just hit 100 posts! That’s a whole lot of dice rolls, NPC spotlights, random magic items, and adventure hooks we’ve tossed out into the wild.

When I first started this blog, it was just a way to share some ideas, maybe spark a one-shot here or there. Now? We’ve built taverns with menus, dropped ghosts at abandoned piers, cooked up murder mysteries in creaky old manors, and even launched skytrains across the steampunk horizon. Not bad for a little corner of the internet, huh?

The Journey So Far

Over these 100 posts we’ve:

  • Dreamed up NPCs with quirks, flaws, and the occasional questionable fashion choice.

  • Dropped one-shots that can derail a game night in the best way possible.

  • Pulled monsters and magic items straight out of the creative blender.

  • And spun up tables, rumors, and side quests to keep your players on their toes.

Honestly? It’s been a blast.

Leveling Up

The coolest part of hitting 100 posts isn’t just the number—it’s seeing how much this space has grown. The writing’s gotten sharper, the ideas bigger, and the worldbuilding wilder. And it’s all because of you folks showing up, reading, and sometimes throwing those ideas right into your own campaigns.

What’s Next?

If you’ve stuck around this long, you know I’m not slowing down anytime soon. Coming up, expect:

  • More ready-to-play adventures to drop straight onto your table.

  • Even weirder magic items and nastier monsters.

  • And plenty more behind-the-screen ramblings from yours truly.

Thanks for being here—whether you’ve read all 100 posts or you just found this blog today. Here’s to the next 100, and all the dice rolls (good and bad) in between.

Now let’s get back to building worlds.
