This dented brass lantern is etched with faint sunburst motifs. When lit with mundane flame, its glass panels glow with a soft golden light.

Properties:

• While lit, the lantern sheds bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet.

• Once per day, when the lantern is lit at sunrise or sunset, its light strengthens the resolve of those nearby. For the next hour, creatures of your choice within 15 feet gain advantage on the first saving throw they make against being frightened.

Quirk:
If the lantern is ever doused during a storm, it hums faintly until relit, as if urging its bearer to restore hope.
